Afternoon Tea, more...

Afternoon Tea was further popularized by Queen Victoria during her reign, and by the middle of the 19th Century the custom of 'taking tea' in the afternoon had become well established, along with a rather complex set of rules and etiquette.

One of her daughters, Princess Louise, is the namesake for The Fairmont Hamilton Princess following her visit to Bermuda in 1883.
