TOUR PRICE
Prices are based on 30 people traveling and are subject to change due to the variance of the exchange rate, finalized contracts, and air ticket prices in
2009, when the airfare becomes available for purchase.
NOT INCLUDED
Additional meals, extra excursions or tours, gratuities for the tour manager, driver and local guides, and passport fees. Travel insurance is
required; see below.
DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT
- Cash, checks or money orders accepted. Credit cards incur a 3% surcharge by the tour operator.
- Deposit of $1600.00/person plus travel insurance premium.
- Deposit includes a non-refundable administrative fee of $100.
- Final payment is due 01/05/2010.
- If final payment is not received by the due date, we reserves the right to cancel your reservation.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Provided by Travel Insured, www.travelinsured.com. We are offering the
Worldwide Trip Protector. Once insurance premiums are paid, they are non-refundable.
The premium should be included with your deposit so you are exempt from any pre-existing
conditions.
CANCELLATIONS & FEES
by November 9, 2008:
Administrative fee plus travel insurance premium
November 10, 2008 – May 1, 2009:
$1000/person plus travel insurance premium
May 2, 2009, to January 15, 2010:
$1500/person plus travel insurance premium
January 16, 2010 to the departure date:
100% of total price plus travel insurance premium

U.S. Citizens are required to have a valid passport.
